HELLO HELLO!

I know I was pretty dead this morning and didn't do my normal intro, but that is what this detox is for! You will see me not only transform into my younger self but also gain my energy back! This is not a temporary fix, although the detox is only 30 days, the business itself (whether you are an Independent Consultant or Preferred Client) teaches you how to eat on a regular basis an how to eat in and outside your home. The reality is, WE PUT A LOT OF TOXINS IN OUR BODY AND DON'T WANT TO ADMIT IT ALL BECAUSE SOMETHING TASTES GOOD! Even further not just what is going in your body, but what is going ON IT. We will touch base on that later on in this series...

Day 1 :
- Herbal Detox Tea
- Digestion Plus
- Pre-workout + Fizz
- Hydration + Fizz

Breakfast:
- Chocolate strawberry protein shake with coconut whip
- Green apple slices with almond butter

Lunch:
- Air fried green beans

Snack:
- Vegan Swedish fish

Dinner
- Copycat Panera Black Bean Soup

I felt good today, but I am aiming to do better tomorrow!
